Glorian continues to refine her vineyards, and her winemaking is completely hands-on, crafted in a little cellar under her house. A blend of Grenache and Syrah, the wine is a paragon of Priorat; at once silky smooth and roundly ripe with sweet black fruit, it is centered on a firm underlying core that feels like stones or metals. It embodies the phrase “iron fist in a velvet glove.””
